James M Sibley

Mr. Sibley is an alumnus of Princeton University, Woodrow Wilson School of Law in Atlanta, and Harvard Law School. He was admitted to the Bar in 1942, prior to service as an officer in the U.S. Army Air Corps during WWII. He is a retired partner in the Atlanta law firm of King & Spalding. Mr. Sibley has served as Director of nearly a dozen firms, among them The Coca-Cola Company and SunTrust Banks, Inc., and six other charitable foundations, including the Woodruff Foundation and the Callaway Gardens Foundation. He was Chairman of Berry College, Inc. and a Trustee of Emory University.

Mr. Sibley became a Director of TUFF in March, 1995, and retired to emeritus status in April, 2001.

Jim and his wife Karen live in Atlanta. They have five grown children and nine grandchildren.
