Dave Naeger is a Regional Vice President and Division Manager for Brasfield & Gorrie, a leading general contractor in the U.S., headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama. Dave serves in the Georgia Regional office of Brasfield & Gorrie in Atlanta, Georgia. In his role as division manager, he has overall responsibility for procuring, negotiating and managing projects for the Education/Research division.
Dave has built his 24-year career with Brasfield & Gorrie serving in a variety of different positions, including estimator, project manager and operations manager, before becoming Division Manager and Regional Vice President. He was one of the first people in the company to become a LEED Accredited Professional, as he recognized the importance that sustainability would have in future education projects from very early on.
A graduate of the Missouri University of Science and Technology (formerly University of Missouri - Rolla) with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Dave is responsible for the overall coordination of educational and research projects serviced by the Georgia regional office. With nearly 30 years of experience in both estimating and project management, Dave successfully oversees the coordination of projects ranging from $50,000 to $100 million and ensures that resources are available for these projects throughout their lifetimes. His expertise in managing projects from pre-construction to completion and delivering facilities on-time and under budget with the highest quality and best service are critical assets to all of Brasfield & Gorrie’s clients.
