University of Florida - Innovation Square Research Park

In 2010, TUFF was approached by University Administrators and a regional hospital system with the concept of constructing a new research park on an 11 acre parcel in downtown Gainesville called Innovation Square.  TUFF was engaged by the team to study the feasibility of a new urban research park and provide a plan for execution with critical milestones and "best-practices" from other research parks around the country.  Additionally, TUFF oversaw the creation of a new master plan that is in the process of being adopted by the local municipal authorities.
