Jack Wexler, PE is an expert in building condition assessment and construction management.  As the Chief Facility Assessor with Faithful+Gould’s Atlanta office, he brings to the panel a wealth of knowledge in building development, construction management and in building maintenance and operations.  Over his career Jack has performed over 200 facility condition assessments and has managed the design and construction of several large-scale projects. Jack is currently providing condition assessments for 112 buildings on the Georgia Tech Campus.  Jack is a registered Professional Engineer in Georgia, District of Columbia, Florida and New York.  Jack also serves as an adjunct instructor in the Building Construction School in Georgia Tech’s College of Architecture and in the Real Estate Department at Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business.
