Jonathan A. Lanciani is the CEO of Organica Water Inc. Mr. Lanciani has over 20 years of experience within the industrial water industry, with specific focus on the Commercial and Institutional sectors in North America. Mr. Lanciani has championed water conservation and water recycle opportunities throughout the duration of his career, and continues to serve as a consultant to higher education, industry and various non-profit organizations on developing and implementing sustainability programs. Jonathan extends his commitment to higher education by actively engaging with graduate students and interns, volunteering his time and knowledge to facilitate broad based understanding of water issues and the importance that education plays in developing sustainability principals and programs.

Mr. Lanciani is a Co-Founder of Organica Water, which has developed an innovative, revolutionary wastewater treatment technology that utilizes proprietary algorithms to create engineered ecosystems with aesthetics appeal that efficiently treats and recycles organic waste water in a distributed setting, resulting in reduced sludge production and lower energy consumption.

Jonathan and his team works intimately with presidents, departmental leaders, business leaders, sustainability coordinators, facilities managers, planners, purchasing agents, housing officers, and student affairs officers to promote sustainable design, education, planning, operations, purchasing and community collaboration. He is an active sponsor and contributor to the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education and Second Nature.

Mr. Lanciani was formerly the Director of Strategy for ChemTreat, during which time created and implemented the corporate Sustainability Platform, addressing both internal and external needs. He and his staff were actively involved with identifying, planning and executing sustainable water projects that delivered substantial operating cost savings. His extensive experience in developing and executing water conservation and recycling strategies is cemented with hundreds of diverse clients, including Toyota, General Motors, Owens Illinois, Kraft Foods, Arizona State, Yeshiva, Wake Forest and Duke.

His career in water began with Betz, where he was responsible for intricate water management programs in a diverse end user market. In this environment, Mr. Lanciani developed his passion for water conservation and recycle, helping global corporations and Institutions like AT&T, Lucent Technologies, International Paper, Dartmouth, MIT and Harvard. Jonathan was the first multiple "Return on Environment" winner in Betz history, recognizing the most environmentally supportive water projects idendified, implemented and economically validated.

Mr. Lanciani has B.S. degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point in Engineering.
