Chris Ruskin, Analyst

Mr. Ruskin is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology with a BS Degree in Building Construction, a Masters degree in Integrated Facility Management, and a Masters of Business Administration. Prior to joining TUFF, Chris worked for Lane Realty Construction, one of Atlanta’s premier general contractors in the apartment and condominium industries. While at Lane, Chris’s responsibilities included budgeting, estimating, scheduling, project management, and preconstruction services.

At TUFF, Chris’s ordinary tasks include conducting market research, analyzing proforma and swap pricing documents, and generating financial models

Excelling in quantitative skills and creativity, Chris continually pushes the envelope in creating financially justified arguments for sustainable development; he is currently studying to become a LEED accredited professional.

Chris lives in Midtown, Atlanta.
