TUFF Receives CO's for Florida Tech's Food Service and Structured Parking

In continued development efforts at Florida Tech, TUFF is pleased to announce Certificates of Occupancies have been received for the food service and structured parking facilities. The new 25,000 square-foot, 500 seat dining hall is expected to be made available to students in January 2011. Construction continues on the aquatics facility, with anticipated completion by the end of April.

Since late 2007, TUFF has been working with Florida Institute of Technology to add significant program to their Melbourne campus. In addition to the recently delivered facilities, a student housing facility was delivered in August 2008 and the Harris Center for Science and Engineering in November 2009. The $58 million new construction, multi-phase project will be complete upon the delivery of the aquatics facility.
