John E Aderhold

Mr. Aderhold received BSEE and MSIE degrees from Georgia Tech in 1945 and 1967. After service as a Naval Officer during Korea, he began 15 years with Scripto, Inc., rising to General Manager. In 1967 he began a distinguished career with the Rayloc Division of Genuine Auto Parts, from which he retired in 1992 as Chairman. Mr. Aderhold has served as Co-chair of the Corp. for Olympic Development in Atlanta; for ten years he was Chairman of the Georgia World Congress Center Authority, and is credited by many with being primarily responsible for the Georgia Dome. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Winter Properties and Vice Chairman of the Winter Group of Companies, in Atlanta; he currently directs the operations of Aderhold Properties. He serves on the Board of Directors of eight companies, including the Atlanta Falcons, in addition to TUFF.

Mr. Aderhold joined TUFF as a Director in November, 1995.

John and his wife Helen live in Atlanta. They have one grown son.
