Technology Enterprise Park (TEP), developed by The University Financing Foundation (TUFF) in 2007, serves as the western anchor of the highly celebrated North Avenue Smart Corridor Project. Working in partnership with Georgia Tech, TUFF is committed to curating a dynamic community of innovators that benefit from the growing smart cities initiative. Receiving international recognition, the Smart City Expo World Congress awarded the project its Mobility Award at its November gathering in Barcelona with specific recognition of Georgia Tech’s research leadership as critical to the success. Shared in the news release at the event, “This corridor is becoming the most connected one in the state of Georgia, serving as a living lab for active, multi-modal traffic management through technology deployment and data analytics. Smart technology solutions applied here are improving roadway and public safety, mobility and the environment.” Learn more about TEP and the North Avenue Smart Corridor Project
