Kevin: Thanks, Vickie – always great to hear from you. Right now, our work is centered on strengthening the communities where we live, work, play, and learn. In Atlanta, that means daily engagement at Tech Square, supporting the city’s vision to grow beyond being just the startup capital of the South. We often say that every innovation district needs at least one person who wakes up thinking about how to connect people – but at Tech Square, it’s everyone’s job. We bring that same mindset wherever we go – whether it’s the Hot Metal Campus in Pittsburgh or beyond. While we may own buildings, our real mission is building trust. Because when relationships are strong, knowledge flows, discovery happens, and communities grow.”
