Michael Haddow
Senior Financial Analyst
Michael brings a unique combination of operational expertise and financial acumen to TUFF, where he has been instrumental in advancing the organization’s analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making since joining the internship program in 2021.
Michael began his career in operations at the Savannah River Site, where he spent three years supporting critical testing and commissioning activities. This hands-on experience in complex project environments provided him with a strong foundation in problem-solving and process optimization that he continues to apply in his financial work today.
After completing his Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Augusta University in 2021, Michael joined TUFF as a Financial Analyst on January 1, 2022. Recognizing his analytical skills and innovative approach to data management, he was given the additional role of Data Analyst in 2023, where he spearheaded the creation of an internal company database for tracking and analyzing university statistics from both government and private sources. His contributions to TUFF’s team and transactions earned him a promotion to Senior Financial Analyst in late 2024.
Known for his problem-solving abilities and commitment to continuous learning, Michael approaches each challenge with curiosity and determination. Outside the office, he enjoys fly fishing trips on the weekends and football.
