Gina Critchet brings over 20 years of experience in higher education, sponsored research administration and healthcare, managing large-scale operations, financial portfolios and federally sponsored funds exceeding $100 million.
She has led major initiatives, including a 120,000-square-foot design and build expansion integrating advanced healthcare learning and simulation technologies. A recognized change agent, she excels at identifying opportunities to reduce costs, improve outcomes, and position organizations at the forefront of evolving industry needs.
Before TUFF, Gina spent 14 years at Emory University, eight of which she served as the Associate Dean, Finance and Strategic Analyst and Chief Business Officer for the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing – the #1 graduate nursing school in the country. She oversaw all budgetary and fiscal affairs, guiding planning, monitoring, and policy development while also leading Human Resources and Institutional Research functions. Her work ensured alignment between financial strategy and institutional priorities in a dynamic academic healthcare environment.
As Vice President of Administration at TUFF, Gina will be able to utilize her expertise to develop, manage, and refine operational plans aligned with TUFF’s strategic plans, ensuring fidelity to strategic goals and coordinating programming and accountability across Finance and Real Estate functions.
Gina holds a Master of Business Administration from Wagner College and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Sciences from the University of Florida (Go Gators!). She is a Certified Research Administrator (CRA).
Gina lives in Milton with her husband and two children, where you will find her cheering them on at the softball and baseball fields.
