Terry Evans
Controller
Terry Evans joined TUFF in March 2026 as Controller. He brings a blend of public accounting and real estate industry experience to his role.
He began his career in public accounting as an auditor and later advanced through increasingly senior roles in the private equity real estate sector, developing expertise in financial management, reporting, and investment structures.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Georgia and a Master of Professional Accountancy from Georgia State University. Terry is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state Georgia.
Outside of work, he enjoys golf, live music, and following Atlanta and University of Georgia athletics.
