Pardes joined TUFF in January, 2024 as Assistant Controller with 10 years of Public Accounting and Financial Reporting experience.
Pardes started his professional career in public accounting at CohnReznick leading Affordable Housing and Lower Income Housing Tax Credit audit engagements, and also spent time briefly in the insurance services and realty brokerage industries. Most recently, he held the position of Financial Reporting Manager for ApolloMD, one of Georgia’s largest physician-led practices specializing in Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, and Anesthesia services with contracts throughout the country.
Pardes was a founding Board member for SLAM! Academy of Atlanta located in West Atlanta, a non-profit public charter school serving grades K-8, offering the only Georgia sports-based curriculum. He was the Treasurer of the Board from January 2017 to July 2022 and spent the rest of his service as the Board Chair before stepping away in August 2023.
Pardes holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia State University. He is the father of a teenage boy and a proud ‘Girl Dad’. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family outdoors and attending sporting events. His loyalty to Atlanta runs deep as an avid Hawks and Falcons fan.
